From scrumptious Salmon dinners to hearty chili, these meals will fill you up with flavour for lunch or dinner gatherings. All entrées include basic beverages (coffee, tea, and juice), dessert squares and Caesar salad. We are always open to substitutions or special requests, such as fruit salad instead of dessert squares or fresh garden salad instead of Caesar salad.

Our BBQ Salmon Special dinner still includes rice, dinner roll, Caesar salad and dessert square... but there's extra side dishes of corn and a steamed bean medley.
Serve up our scrumptious Roast Beef and gravy plus your choice of our famous BBQ Salmon or Herbed Chicken. Sides include corn, steamed beans, your choice of rice or potatoes, dinner roll and a dessert square.
Depending on order size, we offer options for hearty meat and/or vegetarian lasagna. Served with Caesar salad, a dinner role and a side dish choice of marinated vegetable or fresh broccoli salad. Dessert squares are included, of course!

You'll love our tasty - but not too spicy - family chili recipe served with sides rice, Caesar Salad, dinner rolls and a side dish choice of marinated vegetable or fresh broccoli salad. Dessert squares are included, of course!

This Filipino favourite features chicken thighs and legs braised in a sweat yet tangy mixture of soy sauce, pickling spices and garlic. We serve it with rice, Caesar Salad, a side of corn, a dinner roll and dessert squares.
Who says you have to wait for Christmas to enjoy a feast of tender turkey and ham with all the fixings? This meal includes our family dressing recipe, mashed potatoes, gravy, rice and a bounty of side dishes: sweet yams, corn, bean and carrot medley, dinner rolls and (of course) cranberry sauce and dessert.

There's national debates about the best recipes and ways to prepare BANNOCK ~ the tasty First Nations staple bread. We offer amazing fried bannock (fresh and crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy in the centre), but also can do substations to offer baked bannock. Contact us to discuss options!

Prices shown above are per person with a minimum order of 50 people.
It is customary in our culture ~ and simply 'good catering business' ~ to always be prepared to feed extra people. So for group events, large gatherings and feasts we prepare approximately 10% extra food, then take a plate count at the end of the meal. Overages will be calculated then invoiced after the event, so you can simply enjoy your event knowing that everyone will leave satisfied.
A gratuity of 15% is added to all contracts. Our team appreciates and shares any additional tips, of course, if you love our food and service.

Yes, ice water and/or a selection of teas may be added upon request. We can also discuss options to add pop or specialty drinks such as a fruit punch or flavoured sodas.
Travel costs are usually included for customers in our home region of the Fraser Valley (Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Sumas, etc.).
We can travel to Hope, Surrey and the Metro Vancouver region (Burnaby, Richmond, North and West Vancouver, etc.) but will need to discuss menu choices, availability for on-site preparation and possible additional travel costs for our catering crew.

Overview of the updated Stö:lō Catering Health and Safety Plan
In addition to our existing, stringent company Health and Safety plan that follows Department of Health and Food Safe procedures, we recognized the need to enhance policies and procedures to minimize the risk of COVID-19 or other diseases for our staff, customers and community.
Our owner, Sylvia Silver consulted with employees and tourism service industry experts at Spiritlink Communications.to create an updated Stö:lō Catering Health and Safety Plan that includes additional cleaning, training and safety protocols.
Following Expert Advice
We reviewed resources provided by BC's Provincial Health Officer (orders and guidelines, support materials, etc.), industry resources from WorkSafe BC, guidance from industry tourism experts and Indigenous Tourism BC (ITBC) best practices to recognize First Nations community protocols and culturally-relevant tourism and hospitality industry guidelines.
Learn more about our process and the 6-step WorkSafe BC Guidelines we followed to develop and implement a comprehensive plan to reassure our team, customers and suppliers about measures we are taking to keep everyone safe now and long into the future.
Sylvia was responsible for ensuring her team had adequate resources (training, cleaning supplies, PPE, etc.) to implement a COVID-19 Response plan - and continues to ensure we are well-equipped to sustain and refine our Health and Safety Plan to keep our team, customers and communities safe.
